Join us for a series of online Qigong sessions, designed to support relaxation, balance, and gentle movement.
Qigong is a slow, mindful practice that combines breath, simple movements, and awareness to help calm the nervous system, easing stress and tension.
These sessions offer a moment of respite, a chance to unwind, and promote deep relaxation.
No experience is needed, and people with different physical abilities are welcome — movements can be adapted and done at your own pace from the comfort of your home.
For your safety, please ensure you have a clear space to practise Qigong, free from obstacles or items you could bump into.
Sessions are held every fortnight, on Fridays.
