The Little Dreamers Level UP Program is a youth-led dynamic and flexible program that gives Young Adult Carers between 18-25 the opportunity to focus on themselves and their future goals. You can choose the session you want to attend over a 6-month period.

This program consists of:

• An introductory coaching session

• Monthly Learning Workshop

• In-person Social Sessions

• An online learning hub
