A safe and open space for male carers to:

• Talk to other male carers.

• Share experiences.

• Support each other.

• Learn from the experiences of other male carers.

• Make new friends.

The group meets online so that you can join from home without the need to travel.

Meetings are usually held on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month.
