October is a great time to get together, enjoy some fresh air, and spend time with other carers.

Bring your appetite and we'll provide lunch.

The picnic will be held outdoors and will include:

• A chance to meet and chat with other carers

• Fun lawn games to enjoy

• A tasty packed lunch, including snacks and a drink
