Master the art of the dumpling in this class in Sandringham.
You will learn how to prepare sensational fillings and how to correctly blend them by hand. The dumplings will include both a vegetarian filling and a meat based filling.
You will master two different types of delicious dumplings along with two different cooking methods. Learn how to make dumpling wrappers from scratch for one of the recipes, as well as using a store-bought wonton wrapper for the other.
At the end of the session, you will reap the rewards of your efforts and enjoy the dumplings you have prepared in class. You will also be sent home with all of the recipes so you can recreate the dumplings at home.
